Why didn't Cloud Tuner update my changes from iTunes?

If you're finding that Cloud Tuner isn't reflecting changes that you've made in iTunes, there may be a few reasons why.

1: Your cloud service hasn't finished uploading

Ensure that your cloud service has finished uploading all it's changes and that there is nothing pending in the queue that may be blocking Cloud Tuner from grabbing the latest version of your iTunes library.

2: Cloud Tuner needs to sync

By default, every 2 hours Cloud Tuner syncs with your cloud service and looks for changes in your iTunes library. During a sync, any downloads, changes or deletions to your library will be reflected within Cloud Tuner.

If you wish to sync immediately, the sync button can be located in the upper right corner of most pages.
