Cloud Tuner will attempt to sync any music found in your iTunes Library regardless of format of the song. There are a couple limitations on what songs will correctly playback on your device.
The first limitation of playback support is iTunes. By default, iTunes supports MP3, AIFF, WAV, MPEG-4, AAC and Apple Lossless
iTunes may also support additional formats like WMA by converting to a supported format when imported through iTunes.
Back in 2009, iTunes removed the requirement of DRM on song downloads from the iTunes Store. If you have music purchased prior to this, you may be eligible to download those songs again without any DRM attached.
You can read more about this over at Apple Support: About iTunes Plus
By default, Android supports all of the formats supported by iTunes with the exception of AIFF or ALAC. If you have files in your library that aren't supported by Android, you may be able to find a music app that supports those formats. Alternatively, iTunes supports converting your music to different formats. You can find more information about converting files at Apple Support: Convert a song to a different file format with iTunes
